Exchange Policy:
- To process an exchange, all items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- In-store purchases can only be exchanged in-store, while online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.
- The customer is responsible for the fees associated with the return shipment.

Return Process:
- Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. This process usually takes 7-14 business days.
- Upon acceptance of your return, a credit note will be issued.
- You will receive an email confirmation with details of your credit note.
Please note that if your item does not meet our inspection criteria, we will notify you via email and return it to you at your expense. Refer to our Terms of Sale for more information.
